This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, use or make a purchase from our Site. You can contact us and request that we provide you access to the personal information we hold about you and to request that your personal information we hold be corrected, updated, or deleted.

If the European Union General Data Protection Regulation applies to your personal data, i.e., you are a European resident, then you may have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe.

DATA RETENTION

When you register, input your details or place an order through the Site, we will maintain your information and order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

MAILING/NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION

By subscribing or registering to our mailing/newsletter list, you agree for us to use your personal information for the purposes of contacting you via email or such other method. You can unsubscribe at any time and we will remove your email address from the mailing/newsletter list. We may use Third-party providers to assist in the provision of our mailings/newsletters.

CHANGES
